Bok Choi Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2C BOK CHOI PHE:30
  • 1/2C CARROT PHE:28
  • 1/2C GREEN ONION PHE:40
  • 1/2C BELL PEPPER (RED) PHE:15
  • 1/2C (YELLOW) PHE:10
  • 1T SOY SAUCE PHE:50
  • 3T HOISIN PHE:75
  • SALT AND PEPPER To Taste
  • TOTAL: serves 4 PHE:248
  • Per serving: PHE:62

Instructions

  1. 1a) WASH ALL VEG.
  2. 1)Julienne all veg and chop garlic and ginger, except Baby Bok Choi cut these in half or in quarters, as desired
  3. 2) Get a sautee pan very HOT, (on high heat) add 2T of veg. or canola oil
  4. 3) Sautee on high heat for 2-3 minutes constantly moving and stiring.
  5. 4)When the desired doneness is reached add the soy and hoisin season with salt and pepper as needed, stir for 30 seconds turn off heat and serve over rice, pasta, or Daikon and Sweet Potato cakes.
